I am a commercial photographer located near Springfield Missouri. Since 1978, I have been in business here under the name of Mignard Photography. I have reorganized and renamed my business to better reflect my current business plan.

The majority of my business is digital photography for catalogs, web sites, trade show displays, and public relations. However, I do film photography in formats from 35mm to 8x10 as well. I do mainly location work at client’s locations, but I also do small product photography in my studio space. I am equally comfortable doing aerial, industrial, architectural, product, people, medical and studio photography.

I am a Certified Professional Photographer in commercial photography by the Professional Photographers of America.

My clients are businesses of all types mainly from Missouri and Northern Arkansas. I have done business with many of my clients regularly for over 15 years. I am equipped and able to travel to any location for an assignment. My digital equipment is portable, and I am usually able to complete a job without returning to my home office. A major part of my current business plan is to give my client the best possible service at reasonable rates.

Every company has a digital camera. Many people believe having a good camera guarantees good photography. Good equipment is a must but it can only record that which is placed in front of it. The skill of a photographer with control of lighting, color, composition, and dramatic impact, is more important than ever, because digital photography is less forgiving of errors than film. It takes greater skill and more sophisticated equipment than ever before to create dynamic digital photographs.
